Kelly Anderson founded Dialed In Bookkeeping Tax & Notary with one clear mission: to ensure no small business owner ever feels left in the dark about their finances or treated like their questions are a waste of time.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation, Kelly specializes in helping entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and small businesses achieve financial clarity and peace of mind—with the respect and attention they deserve.

Why Dialed In Exists

Eleven years ago, Kelly received a tax bill she didn't understand. When she asked her preparer to explain why she owed and how to prevent it moving forward, she was brushed off—as if asking for clarity was asking too much.

"I didn't need a refund," Kelly explains. "I just wanted to understand what went wrong and how to fix it. But my preparer wouldn't take the time to explain, and when I called around for answers, every firm wanted to charge me just to answer basic questions about my own taxes."

That experience lit a fire.

Kelly was furious—not just at owing money, but at being treated like her questions didn't matter. She realized that if a professional with financial knowledge felt dismissed and confused, how must other small business owners feel?

That day, she made a promise: No one working with her would ever feel that way.
