These terms govern services provided by Dialed In Bookkeeping Tax & Notary LLC. A signed engagement letter and these terms together form our agreement.

Scope of Services
Services include — but are not limited to — tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, IRS representation, and notarial acts. Specific scope is defined per engagement.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to us.

Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted in advance based on the scope of work. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality
All client information is held in strict confidence and disclosed only as authorized by you or required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid for those services.

Notary Services
Notarial acts are performed in accordance with state law. We do not provide legal advice or determine the legal sufficiency of documents.

Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dialed In Bookkeeping Tax & Notary LLC is registered.
